We appreciate the opportunity to give local residents an outlet to get fresh air and exercise in a safe environment. We pride ourselves in providing somewhere for our guests and employees to enjoy the game of golf, and we have opened with some very important changes designed to limit contact, transactions, and touch points to ensure everyone's safety.

As you might expect, our phones are ringing off the hook so please review these Frequently Asked Questions before calling the course.

Are you walking or riding?

We are allowing walking and shared carts if you are comfortable. Due to the additional sanitation that each cart undergoes after use, there may be a wait for riding tee times.

Pull carts are also available for rent.

How can I book a tee time?

TEE TIMES MAY BE MADE BY PHONE 8 DAYS IN ADVANCE BY CALLING 303.762.2670. PRO SHOP PHONE HOURS ARE 6AM – SUNSET. ONLINE TEE TIMES MAY BE MADE 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE. WE ARE ACCEPTING PAYMENT INSIDE THE PRO SHOP OR BY CALLING THE GOLF SHOP PRIOR TO YOUR TEE TIME. 

Walk up play is not allowed. 

What has been done to limit grouping and touch points?

·       The clubhouse is open, masks are required to enter the 

·       Tee times have been spaced to 10 minutes apart, and the course has been set up to limit touch points by removing; bunker rakes, sand bottles, water coolers, ball washers, etc. There are cups set up with foam noodle inside that have been set up to stop the balls from going entirely into the hple for touchless retrieval.

What should I know when I go to play my round?

Please arrive only 15-20 minutes early to avoid creating any large groups. Once at the course you may check-in with the starter outside the window on the east side of the Golf Shop. Due to the additional sanitation that each cart undergoes after use, there may be a wait for riding tee times. The clubhouse is open, masks are required to enter.

Please check your temperature before leaving your house and stay home if you are sick. Social Distancing is practiced in all areas of our facility and should be practiced on the golf course as well. Do not share clubs and golf equipment with your playing partners or congregate with them in the parking lot before or after your round.

Is the driving range and putting green open?

The driving range and putting green remain open, please keep 6 feet of space from anyone. Range buckets must be purchased at range dispenser with a credit card or range pass only.  No cash allowed.  No access to Pro Shop.  Guests must return baskets to their designated area and will be sanitized before another use.

How many people are allowed in the clubhouse?

The clubhouse is limited to 5 guests inside at a time. You may purchase food, drinks, and range balls from the clubhouse.

·       Masks are required when inside the Golf Shop

·       Check in is on the Eastside of the building - the normal Golf shop entrance is open

·       There will be no cash transactions

·       Guests will not be able to try on gloves at this time

·       Golf Shop entry is for merchandise sales, not to pay for greens fees, etc.

·       Green and cart fees will still need to be pre-paid over the phone by credit card

·        No access is allowed to the conference room

·       There will be no use of GHIN computer to post

Are the restrooms open?

The restrooms are open in the clubhouse and on the course, please respect and maintain social distancing standards. 

What about food, drinks and merchandise?

·       The Broken Tee Grill is open

·       Alcohol will be available for purchase from the golf course, but you are NOT allowed to bring your own per the State’s liquor licensing laws. 

·       Merchandise is not available for purchase.

What about leagues, outings and events?

Club and league play is open. No shotgun events at this time. Tee time events are okay but may have limitations. Please call the Pro Shop to discuss.
